Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Applied Behavior Analysis Team. Please note, Lone Star Day Program is a drug-free and smoke-free workplace.

Make a difference working with children, adolescents and adults diagnosed with developmental delays. Help families to support their loved ones by providing behavior support, helping increase communication, and helping increase age level independent living skills.
You will be part of a collaborative clinical team delivering treatment in the home and community, supporting families where they need help the most!
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to families and deliver treatment through ABA
- Receive clinical supervision from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- Collect data on treatment outcomes
- Deliver 1:1 client care in the home and/or community
- Attend weekly staff meetings and clinical supervision
- Gain clinical experience needed to advance in the behavioral health field
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate a collaborative team approach to treatment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, adolescents or young adults with autism and/or developmental delays
- RBT certification or willingness to gain the certification (assistance given through LSDP)
- Ability to write appropriate clinical documentation
- Ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Staff BCBA
Lone Star Day Program (LSDP) is seeking a staff BCBA. LSDP is in Lindale Texas, in the Northeast area of the state, just off I-20, east of Dallas. Please note, Lone Star Day Program is a drug-free and smoke-free workplace.
The Center provides services to children, adolescents and young adults with autism who also display significant challenging behaviors. LSDP operates 2 separate center-based programs and
LSDP is the sister company to Behavior and Language Treatment Center (BLTC) established in 2008. BLTC is rather unique in Texas in that it provides long-term intensive 1:1 community-based ABA to adolescents and young adults with very challenging behaviors. BLTC has three 3-bed group homes in the Lindale and serves a very unique population of individuals from all over Texas.

Minimum Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides direct ABA therapy to individuals with Autism and other developmental disorders in the clinic, home, school
and community settings - Provides parent, teacher, and staff training on the principles of ABA and behavior modification
- Provides training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Therapists
- Conducts functional behavioral assessments and analysis
Conducts verbal behavior/language assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R, AFLS, VABS-3, EFL, etc) - Develops individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals
- Consults and collaborate with schools, daycares, medical professionals, and other disciplines
- Assists with administrative tasks and oversight of the therapy department (including ensuring compliance with insurance requirements for session notes, treatment plans, supervision, treatment authorizations, RBT requirements, etc.)

Minimal Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Must have at least 1 year of experience providing ABA services to children
- Must be able to pass a Criminal History Background Check
- Proven ability to work within a team, leadership
and problem solving abilities - Strong core values, such as integrity, loyalty, trust, leadership,
team work are required - Exhibits positive and proactive approaches to
problem solving
Physical Requirements:
- BCBA’s must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and reach, as well as be able to effectively handle client physical behaviors to ensure
